Shipping
The stocked items will generally ship
within 24hours. Depending on your location, you should receive your item within 1 - 7 business days.
Third party items ship directly from the manufacturer or shipped after we received the product from distributor and usually will be shipped within 3-7 days. These items can be coming from anywhere and therefore will have a much more variable delivery time.
Our site provides insight on how long it will take to ship, but the
distance from the manufacturer/Authorised Distributor to the customer will
impact the transit time in a very unpredictable manner.
We ship stocked items out of our Retail Store. More specifically, they are located in Valasaravakkam, Chennai.
Third party items ship directly from manufacturers/Authorized Distributor.
We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners such as Shree Maruti Courier, Professional Couriers, Bluedart, MSS Parcel Service, etc,. The courier service provider for Customer’s order is selected based on Customer’s location.
Customer Return/Exchange Policy
Our aim is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. Considering ourselves to be in the healthcare industry, our products are not eligible for returns. Also some products which are placed under Back orders through Whatsapp/Calls are strictly not eligible for returns. However incase wrong product is shipped / delivered, we shall replace the same, if the said wrong product is returned within 7 days on receipt of the same.

If you believe that the product you received is wrong, please call us on customer support at 7305876497 or Mail Us at vsm4care@gmail.com , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, incase you product is damaged inside the box, please call us on customer support at 7305876497 or Mail Us at vsm4care@gmail.com , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Customers can cancel their order any time before the dispatch of Customer’s product. Just through your call +91-7305876497 (10AM-8PM IST), (Monday - Saturday) & we will cancel it and initiate Customer’s refund.
In case of refunds or cancellations, the refund shall be processed within 3-5 working days to the same mode of payment which was used while making the online purchase. For purchases made by “Cash on Delivery”, the refunds will be paid by Bank Transfer with 3-5days once we received the COD payment successfully
